Students of the Hotel Studies Department Prepare Mouth-watering Dishes at the Curriculum of Groups and Special Groups Feeding
Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdellatif; Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels - Mansoura University, the leadership of both of Asst. Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zohry; Vice dean for Education and Students' Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Sherif Gamal Saad; Head of the Hotel Studies Department, and the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Anwar Elsaed and Mrs. Shaimaa Aly Fawzy, students of the Hotel Studies Department prepared different delicious dishes with outstanding ideas in the curriculum of Groups and Special Groups' Feeding.
The students cooked low cost dishes that are similar to other dishes of high prices. For instance, they depended on potatoes for making different items of pastries. They also used cereals as alternatives for meat varieties, such as burger and kebab. Furthermore, they prepared special dishes for special groups such as vegetarians, diabetics and Gluten alergics.
The day included the presence of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdellatif; Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zohry; Vice dean for Education and Students' Affairs and Prof. Rehab Mahmoud Elsharnouby; Vice dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs. They admired the dishes and thanked students for their efforts.
