Hotel Studies Department
The Hotel Studies Programme aims at preparing well-qualified graduates who have the required skills for working in the field of hotels and hospitality. The programme focuses on preparing its students to get the supervisory level in the hospitality industry within a short period of time. The study in this programme includes a practical side which is performed in both of the educational hotel and the educational restaurant of the faculty. Furthermore, the programme provides summer trainings throughout the academic years of study and the graduation project in the last academic year of study, which enables the graduates to have the ability of planning, executing and monitoring the projects related to the hotels industry.

- Human Resources Management in the Hotel Industry.
- Management and Operation of Restaurants.
- Hotel Engineering and Maintenance.
- The Art of Restaurant Serving.
- Economics of the Hotel industry.
- Meal Planning and Menu.
- Legislations and Organisations in the Hospitality Industry.
- Scientific Research Skills in Hospitality.
- Specialised First foreign language (English).
- Specialised Second Foreign language (French – German).
