Student Complaints Survey for the Academic Year 2025/2026

Dear students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Mansoura University,
As part of the Faculty’s commitment through the Education and Student Affairs Sector to diversifying and strengthening channels for submitting complaints and in order to ensure a safe, effective and supportive learning environment, a newly updated and activated complaints mechanism has been introduced.
This survey has now been made available and will be reviewed on a daily basis, with the aim of addressing any obstacles and resolving issues you may encounter as promptly as possible.
