Under the auspices of Prof. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University; the leadership of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels; the supervision of Prof. Nesreen Mohamed Shelbey, Director of the University Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Centre; and the organisation of Assoc. Prof. Reham Mamdouh Abdel Maksoud, Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit, the Quality Assurance Unit organised a workshop for faculty members and their assistants entitled:
“How to Prepare Programme and Course Specifications and Reports in Accordance with the NAQAAE Models (2025 Edition)”
The workshop was held on Thursday, 5 February 2026, via Google Meet.
The workshop was delivered by Prof. Amir Nagy Shaalan, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Centre at Mansoura University. It addressed key concepts, including the definition of an academic programme, the domains of intended learning outcomes in accordance with Bloom’s Taxonomy, and a detailed presentation of the latest amendments to the programme and course specification and reporting models. The session also explained how to apply these updates in line with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
The workshop concluded with an open discussion and responses to all queries, attended by vice deans, heads of academic departments, faculty members, and teaching assistants.
