Workshop on Awareness of Academic and Administrative Leadership Selection Standards and Core Values on Tuesday, 17 February 2026
Under the leadership of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif; Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Sherif Gamal Saad; Coordinator of the Leadership and Governance Standard, and Assoc. Prof. Reham Mamdouh Abd El Maksoud, Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit.
The Leadership and Governance Standard Team at the Quality Assurance Unit organised a workshop on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, delivered by Ms Toka Adel El-Hebsyi; member of the Leadership and Governance Standard.
The workshop focused on raising awareness of the approved standards for selecting academic and administrative leaders within the Faculty, as part of enhancing understanding and familiarising faculty members and staff with these standards. It also addressed the core values adopted by the Faculty.
The workshop was attended by 42 faculty members and teaching assistants, and 46 administrative staff members at Mansoura University.
