Workshop entitled (The Role of Graduate Feedback in Improving the Quality of Educational Programmes); 21 February 2026
Under the auspices of Professor Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif; Dean of the Faculty; the leadership of Professor Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zohry; Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr Reham Mamdouh Abdel Maksoud; Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit and Head of the Quality Culture Dissemination Committee, along with Dr Esraa Ahmed Abd El Mageed; Director of the Graduate Follow-up Unit.
The Quality Assurance Unit, in co-operation with the Graduate Follow-up Unit, organised a workshop entitled (The Role of Graduate Feedback in Improving the Quality of Educational Programmes) on Saturday, 21 February 2026, via Microsoft Teams. This was held within the framework of promoting a culture of quality amongst all affiliated members of the Faculty and enhancing graduates’ participation in quality-related activities.
The workshop was delivered by Ms Norhan Gamal Ibrahim; Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Tourism Studies, member of the Quality Culture Dissemination Committee and Follow-up and Employment Officer at the Graduate Follow-up Unit. The workshop addressed key concepts of quality and accreditation, the role of graduates in achieving institutional accreditation, the responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Unit towards the Faculty’s graduates, and the importance of graduate feedback in developing curricula and courses within the context of continuous development and improvement. It also included awareness-raising sessions on the Faculty’s vision, mission, objectives and the core values it upholds.
