The Faculty's Education and Student Affairs Sector, in collaboration with the University Career Development Centre, is organising a series of free training sessions for students titled CORE CAREER SKILLS. The sessions include:
Career Planning
Resume Writing
Job Search on LinkedIn
Interview Skills
The training programme covers:
How to set career goals, build an effective action plan, and identify suitable opportunities in the job market.
Writing a CV, understanding the difference between a CV and a resumé.
Job search techniques, preparation for interviews, how to succeed in them, appropriate behaviours, and questions or phrases to avoid.
Using LinkedIn to find suitable jobs or internships, build and enhance professional relationships, and learn the skills needed for career success.

The training course is held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif, Dean of the Faculty, and led by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zahry, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. The sessions are supervised by Dr. Mona Abu El-Ezz, Director of Career Development Centres at the University, and coordinated by Dr. Shaimaa Ali, Lecturer at the Hotel Studies Department at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels - Mansoura University.
