Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels - Mansoura University Participates in the Scientific Conference of Antiquities and Islamic Civilisation in Kazakhstan
Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif; Professor of Archaeology and Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels - Mansoura University participates in the Scientific Conference of Antiquities and Islamic Civilisation at Atyrao City in Kazakhstan Republic. The conference is attended by delegations of more than 20 countries including Russia, China, Indian, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Turkey and Iran. It is also attended by specialised archaeologists from all over the world. Prof. Abdel Latif gave a lecture on antiquities and the Islamic civilisation in general, followed by a lecture about Egypt and its apparent role in the human civilisation in all realms. In his lecture, Prof. Abdel Latif shed light on the role of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the field of archaeology and antiquities, and its pivotal role in capitalising from their important value. He also provided a set of recommendations for carrying out a fruitful co-operation and exchanging experiences between Egypt and the participating countries in the conference. It is noted that, this conference is held on the 3rd and the 4th of October, 2023 at the City of Atyrao in Kazakhstan Republic, and includes attendees different counties.
