Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdellatif; Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, the leadership of Asst. Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zohry; Vice dean for Education and Students' Affairs, on Thursday; the 25th of May 2023, the practical examinations of the curriculum of Food and Beverages Production (2) for the second year students of the Hotel Studies Department "2022/2023" were held. Students were divided into groups of 15 student as a maximum number for each group for cooking different dishes and making varied drinks. These examinations included the presence and evaluation of Dr. Ahmed Anwar Elsaed; Lecturer of Hotel Studies and Lecturer of the F & B Production (2), Dr. Ahmed Saleh Abo Eleineeb; Lecturer of Hotel Studies and Lecturer of Cookery (2). The examinations also included the presence of Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Elsaed; Lecturer of Hotel Studies, Mrs. Shaimaa Aly Fawzy; Assistant Lecturer of Hotel Studies and Teacher of the Practical Part of the F & B Production (2) , Ms. Raghda Mansour El-Akhras; Demonstrator of Hotel Studies and Teacher of Cookery (2), and Mr. Chef Mohamed Ibrahim Kamel; Chef of the Practical Part of the F & B Production (2).
