The Top Chef Academic Contest
Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif; Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, the leadership of Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zohry; Vice dean for Education and Students Affairs in co-operation with Prof. Sherif Gamal Saad; Head of the Hotel Studies Department, the participation of the regulatory committee of the contest headed by Dr. Ahmed Anwar Elsaed; Lecturer of Hotel Studies, and the membership of both of Mr. Mohamed Alaa Ibrahim; Assistant Lecturer of Hotel Studies, and Mr. Mohamed Al-Hossiney Abdel Hameed; Demonstrator of Hotel Studies, and the contest's jury, consisting of Dr. Ahmed Anwar Elsaed, Lecturer of Hotel Studies, Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Elsaed; Lecturer of Hotel Studies, and Mr. Gamal Gado, Assistant Lecturer of Hotel Studies, The Top Chef Academic Contest was organised and consisted of three levels where students prepared creative tasty dishes including appetisers, main courses, soups and desserts.
