The Scout Team of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Achieves First Place in the University’s Scouting Festival

Under the auspices of Prof. Sherif Khater, President of the University, and the leadership of Prof. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the activities of the Scout Festival, titled "A New Beginning for Building the Individual" (In memory of the late Samir Azab), concluded on Sunday, 1st December. The 42nd Scouting and 34th Guiding Festival, which started on Tuesday, 26th November 2024, at the Scout Camp, included a wide range of scouting activities. The Faculty of Tourism and Hotels along with its team of 16 students, achieved first place in the following categories:

First place in Scout Activities (Life Skills, Arts and Literature, Public Service, Global Communication, Values and Appearance, Leadership Aspiration, Health and Sports, Economics and Citizenship, Practical and Environmental Applications).

Second place in Religious and Scouting Activities.

The team participated under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif, Dean of the Faculty, and the leadership of Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zohri, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. The team was congratulated for their outstanding performance.

The faculty's ’s Scout and Public Service Team participated under the supervision of Mrs. Hala Al-Azmazi, Head of the Student Welfare Department, with the efforts of Dr. Said Abu El-Saud, Mr. Ahmed Hamed, and Ms. Doaa Magdy, the activity supervisors in the Student Welfare Department.
