The Vice-Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, Faculty Members, Assistant Staff and Administrative Employees extend their sincere congratulations to Professor Mohamed Ahmed Abdel-Latif; Professor of Archaeology, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, and Former Assistant Minister of Antiquities, on the occasion of his honour as one of the most distinguished scholars of Mansoura University during the 16th Science Day Celebration.
Professor Abdel Latif was honoured in recognition of receiving the Award for the Most Influential Academic in the Fields of Tourism and Antiquities.
The honouring ceremony was attended by His Eminence Prof Nazir Ayyad, Grand Mufti of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Major General Tarek Marzouk, Governor of Dakahleya, Prof Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University and Prof Tarek Ghaloush, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, who presented Professor Abdel-Latif with the Shield of Honour and a Certificate of Appreciation.
The Faculty extends its heartfelt wishes to Professor Abdel Latif and all members of the Faculty for continued success, progress and excellence.
